About the Role


As a Mobile Hose Technician, you will be responsible for driving your company vehicle to client locations and providing hydraulic hose replacement services. You will work on a variety of equipment (which includes construction, warehouse, and transportation, etc.) and must use your mechanical knowledge at times to remove and replace hose assemblies. On-the-job training will include understanding the differences between standard and metric threading, as well as identification of various types of hydraulic hoses and fittings. Other responsibilities include maintaining your workspace and using interpersonal skills.

Requirements

* Minimum of two (2) years of mechanical experience

* Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

* Must be able to excel with little supervision

* Ability to effectively deal with customers

* Good verbal and written communication skills

Mobile Hydraulics of Georgia, Inc. ™ was founded in 1989 to provide metro Atlanta with its first mobile hose repair company. When Mobile Hydraulics was first established, Joey Holloway, solely ran the business off of one MH Mobile Workshop™. And now, thirty-five years later, Mobile Hydraulics has several strategic warehouses and a fleet of MH Mobile Workshops™; Mobile Hydraulics is proud to serve all across Central and North Georgia in repairing hose assemblies on-site and at all our locations.

Mobile Hydraulics has partnered with many different Georgia projects over the years from being involved in Georgia road construction on GA400, the expansion of I85, and state route 316 - to name a few. We were able to support the construction of several venues for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and have worked alongside the Atlanta Braves organization, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Fox Theatre, Lake Lanier Islands, MARTA, Six Flags Over Georgia, the University of Georgia, Zoo Atlanta, and in 2020 supported nine of sixteen essential infrastructures during the Coronavirus shutdown according to CISA.
