About the Role

Requirements

As a Sales Representative at Mobile Hydraulics, your primary mission will be to uncover new sales opportunities, reconnect with former customers, and strengthen relationships with current clients. You’ll take charge of identifying prospects through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits, helping us expand into new territories while improving technician productivity. This role is ideal for someone who is adventurous, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is energized by change, exploration, and new territory.

Tasks include

  • Proactively acquire new customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits

  • Rebuild relationships with past customers and ensure client satisfaction

  • Research and develop prospects in underrepresented service areas

  • Schedule and attend weekly customer meetings

  • Work closely with dispatch, inventory control, and accounts receivable teams to ensure seamless service and communication

  • Maintain and update detailed customer files

  • Participate in weekly internal sales meetings and advertising opportunities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas to qualify for commission earnings

  • Maintain cleanliness of office space and shared areas

  • Experience in customer service or sales (preferred)

  • Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face interactions

  • Team player who collaborates well with internal departments

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Commission

  • Earn 3% commission on each sale from newly acquired or reactivated customers (inactive for 2+ years)

  • Commission is ongoing as long as the customer continues doing business with Mobile Hydraulics

  • Monthly sales quotas must be met to qualify for commission

Note: Commission ends if the customer discontinues service after 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
